The TRB142 is an exceptionally compact and efficient 4G LTE industrial gateway, specifically designed to provide mobile connectivity to devices that use the RS232 serial interface. It is the ideal solution for the remote management of industrial assets, payment terminals, and telemetry systems where space is limited and reliable two-way communication with IIoT platforms is required.
Technically, the device is equipped with a powerful ARM Cortex-A7 processor and the RutOS operating system, offering a wide range of networking features such as multiple VPN services, an industrial firewall, and support for protocols like Modbus TCP/RTU. Its rugged anodized aluminum chassis allows for installation in demanding environments with temperatures up to 75°C,, ensuring operational continuity thanks to its hardware watchdog and centralized remote management capabilities.
